Campfire Cabbage

This is a side dish that is easy to prepare, and since it is made with bacon it will make even a vegetable hater love this dish!

1 head of cabbage
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heavy-duty foil

Cut the cabbage in half, half the halves twice.

Wrap a piece of bacon around the cabbage pieces, butter and season.

Wrap in foil and cook over fire for about an hour, or until cabbage is tender and bacon is done.
